Where to start, this is a cozy little place with some amazing dishes, exceptional service and attention. Now to the food, gambas al ajillo came extra salty couldn't eat it. Croquetas were so gooooooood. Papas bravas were a nice touch. Chorizo was alright. Calamari with the aioli sauce was good. For the paellas, flavor was pretty good but the rice was undercooked on both, the seafood one felt fresher than the lobster one as per the lobster I'm guessing is just sliced and dropped onto the paella without cleaning it first, guess a little more prep time will make these way better in the future. Try them and let us know

My favorite spot for authentic Spanish food. The owners of this food truck are super friendly, and they truly know how to cook and make you feel at home. You can call ahead (and should if you are in a hurry) to get the paella. It takes about 40 minutes to make but the wait is worth it. Every food item (even the empanada) was made on demand and not reheated. Highly recommend giving them a try! The place has plenty of parking and a great seating area.
